Cedar Waxwing photo
The Cedar Waxwing photo below is a photo of one of our favorite birds. They’ve become a favorite bird to photograph in November. We search for areas full of fruit-bearing trees and bushes. We have learned that if you find robins eating berries a lot of times, the Cedar Waxwings will be with them.

Another reason to love these birds is that they look like they are wearing a black Lone Ranger mask and have a number of feather colors. They’re really attractive birds. These birds appear to be a little more colorful in the Spring than in the Fall, as are most birds. Our experience has been that we have better photographic opportunities to see Cedar Waxwings during the Fall months than we do in the Spring.
